The Endnote import filter has been updated to allow translated titles to be imported. If you use ProCite, this data is passed by the RIS Export plugin into the Notes field, but if you replace the default Ris.cfg file with this one, everything should end up in the right place.
Unfortunately Endnote and Procite are unable to translate Unicode characters. If you'd like to get this fixed, write to suggestions@isiresearchsoft.com and let them know about the problem.
