I've changed the filename for exported citations to 'hubmed.ris', to avoid conflicts with other applications that like to open files ending in '.cgi'.
I'm not sure if you can just make up file suffixes like that, but it seems to work well. If this causes problems for anyone, please report them as soon as possible.
