Mike Jewell (of ParaCite) has released ParaTools - a bundle of Perl modules and some web services for automagically extracting and parsing reference lists from scientific papers.
Included are:
* Citation parsing modules and templates
* Reference extraction modules (experimental)
* OpenURL module
* Parsing examples
* Web Service examples
HubMed's Citation Finder has been updated to use one of the new modules, as well as some other improvements.
