A global discussion forum, by invitation only.

Could someone please set up a highly secure online forum where the world's leaders can meet to discuss their opinions in public?

It would need to have a rigorous authentication system, but be publically readable. One nation, one voice, with the password given to the prime minister, president or monarch of each to be delegated as they see fit. Maybe the heads of the biggest countries would be loathe to participate at first, as they have nothing to prove, but surely the leaders of the smaller nations would jump at the chance to get their voices heard at an equal level worldwide. Then... could the prime ministers of Britain and Germany, or the presidents of the USA and China, resist having the rest of the world's leaders talking about them without joining in? Maybe Saddam Hussein could finally get that public debate with George Bush he's always wanted, if we're quick.
