New version of classic Winamp (2.9) has a decent media library, finally. I found it worked best with a clean installation.
Don't forget to add the MAD plugin for the best sound quality, the Tara plugin for Real media, and the Audioscrobbler plugin for a nice bit of collaborative filtering.
