Artemis is a Java application from the Sanger Centre, for viewing and annotating DNA/RNA sequences. It imports and exports many formats, including importing directly from the EBI's server. It's not particularly intuitive, but the features all work well. Still can't find how to print anything out though.
For OS X, I'd recommend the Java2 preview version near the bottom of the page, which fixes some display issues.
