You can give Feedster a link to an OPML file - containing your feed subscriptions (for example) - and limit a search to only those feeds.
There's also a Feedster Hacks blog, and the deadline for the Feedster Hacks contest has been extended to Dec 14th.

But wait a minute -- they should of course produce a RSS file of the result, and make the search persistent, like a RSS filter over a set of blogs.
They could, but you can already run a search filter over new posts in most feedreaders, so it's not really necessary.
