HubMed UTF-8 export

Now that the NCBI have stopped messing around with character encodings, HubMed's RIS and BibTeX export should be working properly again. RIS export (eg for Endnote or Procite) replaces UTF-8 characters with their Latin-1 equivalents, while BibTeX export converts UTF-8 characters to their bracketed forms. Still no UTF-8 RIS export (which the newest version of Endnote can handle), but I have an idea for how to add that as an option.

Alf,
I've been trying to export Hubmed citations for import into Reference Manager and I keep getting a non-related citation every time. This citation
http://www.hubmed.org/display.cgi?uids=15736300 is imported every time and it is not part of the citations checked by me for exporting from Hubmed. Can you shed some light on what is going on? I've tried using both RIS import filters listed in the Reference Manager import dialog, but no luck. I'm using Bloglines to read the search feed to identify new publications so that's how I'm coming in to Hubmed.

My fault, sorry. It should be fixed now.
