What should this look like? I've installed it, greasemonkey is active, i've got an easynews acct and a newzbin acct; but I don't see anything with this? (and yes, I restarted my browser)

It is quite subtle: on the newzBin page linked above, for example, you should see an extra [easynews] link. Here's a screenshot: http://hublog.hubmed.org/images/050716_easynewzbin.png

It's also possible that having a newzBin account might change the layout of the page somehow, so you might need to alter the XPath statement to get it to work - I can't test this.
