A bookmarklet for automatically opening all the fulltext links from a page of HubMed search results in new windows (best used with the Firefox preference that forces new windows to open in new tabs in the current window):

Uses XPath selectors, so probably won't work in IE (I don't suppose they added anything useful like that in IE7?).
