People seem to like the direct-to-fulltext links in PubMed's RSS feeds, so the journal title in each item of HubMed's feeds is now linked to the article on the publisher's site (when possible - sometimes it'll just end up at PubMed, in which case use the normal title link to get to HubMed and try the SFX link instead).
