Webjay's closing down, but I hadn't used it for ages anyway. Project Playlist seems very similar. MusicMobs could be an obvious replacement, but Rhapsody doesn't work outside the US (grr), so that's out. However, Last.fm just upgraded their user-generated playlists to play full tracks, so that looks like the best solution; the only catch is that the tracks play in random order.
