There's one important button on del.icio.us, the one I use more than any other. It always stays in the same place and lets you page through items 10 at a time, without having to scroll:
In the new beta, it's gone, replaced by a standard pager at the bottom of the page:

Nice Question Mark, it's like somebody spray painted on the site. Perhaps "they" don't like "earlier" at the top, and if "they" don't like it... how could you like it?
Just from that screenshot I can see the new version is not appealing. Example; what's the point of that "Marvin the Paranoid Android" head? Is it a reminder that it's user information, is that what a user looks like? Can it be replaced by an avatar, is that a good idea?

I think the interface is still very much a work in progress, as they get user feedback. I did like the simplicity of the older version though.
Do they still have the accesskey?
Doesn't look like there are any access keys at the moment, no.
