Ran the upgrade to Ubuntu Gutsy last night, made a backup to an external drive (rsync -av --exclude=media / /media/disk/backup) and everything went smoothly, there aren't any big changes. Font rendering in Gecko was worse by default than in Feisty (which was great), but fiddling with DPI settings in Firefox and font rendering in the system preferences seems to have fixed it.

Yeah, that font size issues bit me too; but I fixed it after a little googling (DPI settings, boo, hiss)
Yes, I changed the DPI settings in Firefox as well - maybe that was what fixed it. I lowered the system font size slightly too.
