CureHunter has a nice TouchGraph-like Flex-based graph viewer, embedded below and in their Visual Medical Dictionary. I like the way the strength of edges is indicated by line thickness rather than line length, which always gets distorted in this type of graph. Uses GraphML too, which is nice.
GoPubMed looks like it's had some nice visual upgrades as well.
