There's the flot plugin for jQuery, and Google's Chart API, but I've still never seen a Javascript or Web Service graphing library that does even the most basic of error bars.
FusionCharts (Flash) looks quite good at first inspection, if expensive.
It would be great to have a web-based database/spreadsheet application with GraphPad Prism's (excellent, but a bit tricky to use) statistics and graphing functions.

I concur [yes, it's a "me too" response, but wait, there's more]...
It would be fantastic to offload the computation and graphing functions to a web service, and if it's run by Google and linked to my Google account then that's fine with me. Personally, when I saw that API for the Google graphing thing I thought about the types of non-linear fits that I use and it seems like a logical next step -- including the stock in trade statistical functions.
The problem lies in creating flexibility with the way one uses fits to ascertain useful information.
A web browser has its limits. I would love to be able to select and mask points, look at ranges, and all with a few mouse movements -- with the non-linear fits adjusting on-the-fly. It must be done. I guess my application of choice, Kaleidagraph, does this so well, I just want a free service to do it for me. Yes, I'm cheap.
