The LinkOut URL for fulltext articles has changed. If you have previously saved citations, the format for the new URLs is:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/elink.fcgi?
cmd=prlinks&retmode=ref&dbfrom=pubmed&id=12345678
Update: The old URLs seem to be working okay again, at least for now.
