The PRISM module for RSS 1.0 can be used by publishers to provide syndicatable feeds of magazine, news, catalog, book and journal content.
Hopefully this will mean scientific publishers start puttng articles online as soon as they are ready, rather than all in one go at the end of the month (not much point having an RSS feed if it's only updated monthly). [via OLDaily]
