betterPropaganda takes lessons learned from Epitonic, a smart interface, and a big bundle of free MP3s to make... something good, I think, probably as a base for advertising, promoting and finding new music. More features promised soon, but there are already a handful of genre radio stations and lots of bands to browse through.
