BioMail should be working again now. It's a bit of a strange program, and hasn't seen many improvements since the project was awarded an NIH grant a couple of years ago (it's difficult to customise too, so we have to live with its oddities). But anyway, it's useful for receiving email alerts of PubMed searches, particularly for things like journal Tables of Contents that don't fit well with HubMed's RSS feeds (it's not practical to poll a few times a day for a feed that might only be updated monthly).
