BBC Radio (Real stream) → RealPlayer (audio output) → Nicecast (Icecast stream) → iTunes (Apple Lossless audio stream) → Airport Express → speakers: it uses almost all the CPU on my 800MHz G3 for all that encoding and decoding, but it does work.
