IngentaConnect provides RSS feeds for all the journals in its database, containing a list of the 10 most recent issues. The feeds don't contain any details of the tables of contents though, which seems like a very inefficient use of RSS (say you're subscribed to feeds for 30 journals, checking them four times a day, and each feed only gets one new item a month, or bi-weekly at the most).
According to Leigh Dodds in this article from last month, IngentaConnect should soon produce an RSS feed of your bookmarked articles, allowing you to share this list with other people and allow them to add comments (which is what biologging does).
