OmniOutliner Pro 3 (currently available as a public beta) will have support for XSLT export plugins, allowing export in Word format and presumably DocBook, LaTeX and other structured document formats too.
This was supposed to happen ages ago though, when OmniOutliner 2.2 got an XML export format, so I wonder why the XSLT stylesheets never happened.
