Jack Hansen has written a very comprehensive editorial review of HubMed's features for the Online Journal of Nursing Informatics. Citation matching (one of my favourite features) wasn't mentioned, and tags and 'Rank Relations' could do with a bit more depth, but the tagging system has only just started and Rank Relations can be difficult to understand if you don't know exactly what it's doing, so that's fair enough.
