I've discovered that you can drag buttons into the bookmarks toolbar, so there's room for more extensions...
- Link Toolbar (beta version for 1.5): extracts links to Next and Previous pages (among others) and presents them as buttons for quick navigation.
- Search Station: highlights and finds keywords in search results, synced with the search box.
and not in the toolbar...
- Download Manager Tweak: new windows are slow to draw in Firefox, so this opens the downloads window in the sidebar.
- View Rendered Source Chart: View Source after DOM manipulations; better presentation than a bookmarklet.
