UKPA negotiates a licence for commercial music podcasting

I haven't seen the details yet, so don't know exactly how low the royalty payments are going to be, but it looks like the UK Podcasters Association has managed to negotiate a new licence with the MCPS-PRS for full-length music tracks in podcasts. This could be exactly what's needed to open the floodgates for legal, professional (subscription or one-off payments) music podcasting.
